YAP offers community-based services like psychiatric evaluations, counseling, skills training, and case management, both in-office and in the community. They provide high-intensity mentorship through Advocates who meet regularly with youth to achieve goals and strengthen family and community relations. Operating under a "no reject–no eject" policy, YAP accepts all youth referrals and begins with a strength-based family assessment within 48 hours.
