Cedar Creek participated in the Garden State Esports Finals event and Georgian Court University. Although we didn't take home the belt, this was the first time we've had two teams make it during the same season ("Rocket League" & "Smash Bros"). Congrats, pirates!
The Cedar Creek Chess Team is celebrating Valentino Vecchio, who took home the 2nd place trophy at the Oakcrest Blitz Tournament this year! Despite only being a freshman, Val placed 2 out of about 90 students across South Jersey. We are looking forward to a great chess season!
This week, the CCHS Guidance Department took a group of students to the HBCU college fair at the JFK Recreation Center in Willingboro, NJ. Multiple students received acceptances to colleges on the spot! Congratulations on their acceptances!
