TLWBAT explore how various aspects of wellness. Students will learn to take charge of their physical, mental/emotional, and social
health by making healthy choices and setting healthy wellness goals.
TLWBAT determine goals- personal, wellness, short and long term using the SMART Goal setting guidelines. Students will create personal wellness logs.
TLWBAT identify the areas of fitness where they are strong and area that need improvement. Students will participate in baseline wellness assessments.
TLWBAT participate in a variety of games which are traditionally played recreationally.
TLWBAT record their fitness progress through fitness routines
