Art of Cooking Period 3

  • The Art of Cooking is the first course in our Culinary Arts pathway program. This course is for students in grades 9-12, the course focuses specifically on sanitation, safety, weights and measures, food preparation, technology, consumerism, and nutrition. Course content involves the basic concepts of food preparation, meal planning, shopping, basic skills instruction and critical thinking skills.
