The Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District Department of Technology is dedicated to providing a high standard of technical support. The department focuses on resolving technical issues in a timely manner while setting customer service as a high priority. The department also works closely with the faculty and staff to provide and implement technology that will assist with all aspects of the instructional process and reduce the amount of time on administrative tasks.
The data processing department also works closely with the school community and provides a wide range of valuable resources. The data team plays an integral role in completing the master schedule, issuing report cards and interims out on time, and meeting the numerous requests for customized reports.
The technology department also has an excellent resource with the distance learning labs. The distance learning technicians have been able to provide countless video conferencing opportunities for the faculty and students. The distance learning labs are used daily for video conferencing with other schools, virtual field trips, shared classes, presentations on the interactive SmartBoards, and for video meetings.
